刑法分則旨在學習涉及不同法益侵害之犯罪成立的個別要件及法律效果，本學期教學之範圍涉及侵害公法益之犯罪，其中兩大領域即侵害社會法益之犯罪及侵害國家法益之犯罪。
The purpose of the sub-principles of criminal law is to learn the individual requirements and legal effects of crimes involving the infringement of different legal interests.
