從十九世紀末的中國畫改革談起,貫串21世紀各種水墨畫派別生成的發展作為本課程的結構主軸。以西方現代繪畫對國畫/水墨畫變革的大時代影響及其時代背景之論說,建立學生對現代主義藝術發展之後在水墨運用的基本概念,進而理解水墨畫自古典轉至現代觀念、技法之遞演,並瞭解水墨畫系統的當代定位,奠定學生對水墨畫系統和膠彩畫 (東洋畫)系統的定位、發展、環境及前景的認知基礎。Starting from the discussion of Chinese painting reform at the end of the 19th century, the development generated by various ink painting schools in the 21st century is the main structure of this course. Based on the great influence of Western modern painting on the transformation of Chinese painting/ink painting and its contemporary background, students establish the basic concepts of ink painting application after the development of modern theory art, and then understand the evolution of ink painting from classical to modern concepts and techniques, and understand the contemporary positioning of ink painting systems, laying the foundation for students to understand the positioning, development, environment and prospects of ink painting systems and gel painting (Dongyang Painting) systems.
