教育目標 Course Target

本課程以中國傳統養生功法:伸筋拔骨、呼吸吐納、太極導引、長生六字訣、站樁、靜坐及太極拳等養生功法,提升身心靈之健康,並可延伸至其他健康養生運動,增進學生創新創意能力。 課程內容也包括:台中市預防及延緩失能失智照護方案(方案編號:CL-01-0082 L21-銀髮太極養生操 )This course uses traditional Chinese health-preserving exercises: stretching and pulling, breathing, Tai Chi guidance, longevity, six-character formula, standing postures, meditation and Tai Chi to improve the health of body, mind and soul, and can be extended to other areas. Health and fitness activities enhance students’ innovative and creative abilities. The course content also includes: Taichung City’s Dementia Care Plan for Preventing and Delaying Disability (Program Number: CL-01-0082 L21-Tai Chi Health Exercises for Silver Hair)
