教育目標 Course Target
本課程以中國傳統養生功法:伸筋拔骨、呼吸吐納、太極導引、長生六字訣、站樁、靜坐及太極拳等養生功法,提升身心靈之健康,並可延伸至其他健康養生運動,增進學生創新創意能力。
課程內容也包括:台中市預防及延緩失能失智照護方案(方案編號:CL-01-0082 L21-銀髮太極養生操 )
This course uses traditional Chinese cultivation techniques: stretching muscles and bones, breathing and vomiting, Taiyang guidance, six-character syllable, standing, calm sitting and Taiyang boxing and other cultivation techniques to improve the health of the body and mind, and can also be extended to other healthy cultivation movements and enhance students' innovative creative ability.
The course also includes: Taichung City Prevention and Dementia Dementia Care Plan (Plan number: CL-01-0082 L21-Silver Hair Extremely Nurturing Fitness)
