Practical Training for Long Term Care
教育目標 Course Target
依照「照顧實務」、「品質管理實務」等經驗，討論個案照護與評估及品質指標改善計畫，並透過倫理與道德的自省與思辨能力的實踐，促進長期照護服務提供者的批判性思考能力及不斷地自我反思
According to experiences such as "care practice" and "quality management practice", discuss case care and evaluation and quality indicator improvement plans, and promote the critical thinking ability and constant self-reflection of long-term care service providers through ethics and moral self-reflection and thinking ability.
