好的工作態度是一個很抽象的名詞,因為每個人對工作態度的定義不太一樣,甚至包括不同國籍公司、不同的企業主,對好的工作態度的定義也不一樣。職場倫理亦如是,每家公司都有自己所定義或強調的企業文化與職場倫理。一個新鮮人進入職場要能夠發光發熱,一定要能夠掌握符合公司定義的職場倫理以及公司所期望的工作態度,這兩大基石缺一不可。本課程將由服務人員的心態、儀態、問候禮儀、問候流程、接待應對、電話接聽等主題切入,以完全實務的操作手法,透過現場引導實務演練,讓學生展現標準化服務態度。A good work attitude is a very abstract term, because everyone has a different definition of a good work attitude. Even companies of different nationalities and different business owners have different definitions of a good work attitude. The same is true for workplace ethics. Every company has its own corporate culture and workplace ethics that it defines or emphasizes.
