一、了解營養素的定義、分類與功能,說出食物六大類及均衡飲食的重要性,同時了解營養不良的定義及世界充斥的營養不良問題。
二、了解能量的收支狀況,進而學習如何估算個人每日所需的熱量。針對不同年齡層或特殊的生理狀況來探討營養上的需求。
三、體重控制不良一直是社會不斷面臨的問題,許多研究指出,肥胖與許多疾病相關,若能做好體重管理則可增進身體健康,進而預防疾病發生。體重控制的過程和成功後理想體重的維持,都是需要長時間的努力。
四、肥胖的流行率與現代民眾對戶外運動量之減少有關,而對於居家生活的身體活動並無顯著關連,因此,在預防肥胖之對策中,規律的戶外運動應是非常健康且重要的方式之一。飲食控制、運動及改善生活形態等非藥物的治療是體重控制的第一步且最重要的方法;然而,在使用這些非藥物治療方式後,卻未能達到控制體重的目的時,則必須選擇適當的減重藥物。
五、了解目前合法用於體重控制之產品種類與形態。認識坊間一般民眾及廠商常用或推廣之體重控制方法或產品,並了解其作用原理。培養同學自己獨立判斷各種體重控制法或產品之優缺點。
1. Understand the definition, classification and function of nutrients, and explain the importance of six major categories of food and balanced diet. At the same time, understand the definition of poor nutrition and the problems of poor nutrition that are full of the world.
2. Understand the income and expenditure of energy, and then learn how to estimate the daily heat required by an individual. Explore nutritional needs for different ages or special physiological conditions.
3. Poor weight control has always been a constant problem in society. Many studies have pointed out that obesity is related to many diseases. If weight management is done well, it can improve physical health and prevent the occurrence of diseases. The process of weight control and the maintenance of ideal weight after success both require a long time of effort.
4. The prevalence of obesity is related to the reduction of outdoor sports in modern people, and it is not significantly related to physical activities at home. Therefore, in the prevention of obesity, regular outdoor sports should be one of the very healthy and important ways. Treatment of non-pharmaceuticals such as diet control, exercise and improving lifestyle is the first and most important method of weight control; however, when these non-pharmaceutical treatment methods are used and the purpose of weight control is not achieved, appropriate weight reduction drugs must be selected.
5. Understand the types and forms of products currently legally used for weight control. Learn about weight control methods or products commonly used or promoted by general public and manufacturers in the Immigration House, and understand their working principles. Cultivate students to independently judge the advantages and disadvantages of various weight control methods or products.
