區塊鍊與機器人法律問題
本課程分成兩大主軸,邀請研究生共同參與研究。第一個主軸是區塊鍊技術的法律問題。第二個主軸是機器人技術的法律問題。
關於第一個主軸,擬共同研討區塊鍊技術的樣貌,在FinTech、金融機構策略、信賴確立、假想貨幣的未來、暗號技術與量子計算、個資保護與跨境移轉等主題。
關於第二個主軸,擬共同研討機器人工學3原則、機器人起源與文化、機器人之定義與特徵、機器人的種類及其法律問題、機器人法的核心、當機器人擁有感情時……等主題。Blockchain and Robot Legal Issues
This course is divided into two main axes, and graduate students are invited to participate in research. The first main axis is the legal issues of blockchain technology. The second main axis is the legal aspects of robotics.
Regarding the first main axis, it is planned to jointly study the appearance of blockchain technology in topics such as FinTech, financial institution strategies, trust establishment, the future of virtual currency, encryption technology and quantum computing, personal information protection and cross-border transfers.
Regarding the second main axis, we plan to jointly discuss topics such as the three principles of robotics engineering, the origin and culture of robots, the definition and characteristics of robots, types of robots and their legal issues, the core of robotics law, when robots have feelings, etc.
