區塊鍊與機器人法律問題
本課程分成兩大主軸,邀請研究生共同參與研究。第一個主軸是區塊鍊技術的法律問題。第二個主軸是機器人技術的法律問題。
關於第一個主軸,擬共同研討區塊鍊技術的樣貌,在FinTech、金融機構策略、信賴確立、假想貨幣的未來、暗號技術與量子計算、個資保護與跨境移轉等主題。
關於第二個主軸,擬共同研討機器人工學3原則、機器人起源與文化、機器人之定義與特徵、機器人的種類及其法律問題、機器人法的核心、當機器人擁有感情時……等主題。Legal issues about block scooters and robots
This course is divided into two main axes, and graduate students are invited to participate in the research together. The first main axis is a legal issue in block scaling technology. The second main axle is a legal issue in robotics technology.
Regarding the first main axis, we jointly discussed the appearance of block cylindrical technology, and focused on FinTech, financial institution strategy, credit determination, the future of imaginary currency, dark technology and quantum computing, personal data protection and cross-border migration.
Regarding the second main axle, we jointly discussed the three principles of robotics, the origin and culture of robots, the definition and characteristics of robots, the types of robots and their legal issues, the core of robot laws, when robots have feelings... and other topics.
