教導學生理解政府資訊公開在現在民主政治運作上之重要性及行政過程透明化之運作方法，及E化政府下如何建置網路平台提供民眾有用之資訊以供事業利用。教導學生對實際案例之研討解析能力、外國文獻及案例之蒐集方法。政府資訊公開法立法之沿革，政府資訊之主動公開與被動公開，限制公開事由之討論，救濟方法。Teach students to understand the importance of government information disclosure in the current democratic political operation and the operation methods of transparent administrative processes, and how to build an online platform under E-government to provide the public with useful information for business use. Teach students the ability to study and analyze actual cases and how to collect foreign literature and cases. The evolution of the legislation of the Government Information Disclosure Act, active and passive disclosure of government information, discussion of reasons for restricting disclosure, and relief methods.
