Design Perception
教育目標 Course Target
在現今產品實務設計過程中,有越來越多設計師關注到人與物之間的互動關係。產品除了基本實用功能的滿足之外,他們運用多樣的表現形式,來引發使用者對產品的認知與興趣,達成另一種人與產品之間的互動,我們稱之為感知設計(Emotional Design)。本課程嘗試以認知心理學的角度,來介紹人與產品之間的互動歷程(interactive),將分別從認知歷程與認知科學兩方面來進行課程的講授。課程當中也將介紹目前一些常被應用於感知設計研究的工具包括:腦波儀及眼動儀的使用方式及特性,希望透過本課程的介紹能增進學生在產品感知設計的能力,此為本課程最主要的授課目的。同時也將藉由認知心理學的理論及實例介紹,讓學生了解人類對於外在事物認知的過程,以及人類對於各種形態、顏色、質感及造形的內在觀感;以提升學生掌握自身五感知覺並增進學生產品設計的能力。
In today's practical product design process, more and more designers are paying attention to the interactive relationship between people and objects. In addition to satisfying basic practical functions, products use various forms of expression to arouse users' awareness and interest in the product and achieve another kind of interaction between people and products, which we call Emotional Design. This course attempts to introduce the interactive process between people and products from the perspective of cognitive psychology. The course will be taught from two aspects: cognitive process and cognitive science. The course will also introduce some tools that are currently commonly used in perceptual design research, including the usage and characteristics of electroencephalographs and eye trackers. It is hoped that the introduction of this course can enhance students' ability in product perceptual design, which is the main teaching purpose of this course. At the same time, the theory and examples of cognitive psychology will be introduced to allow students to understand the process of human cognition of external things, as well as human inner perception of various forms, colors, textures and shapes; this will enhance students' ability to master their own five senses and enhance students' product design capabilities.
