教育目標 Course Target

對於產業整體的創新活動與設計連結所產生的效益與價值的創造,可以透過本課程學習的理論與方法而得以因應與解決。本課程依照產業實際面臨的創新問題,分為三個構面; 其一為,創新與設計的基本概念。 其二為,創新的方法; 其三為創新的應用。作為課程的基本架構與內涵。The creation of benefits and value generated by the connection between innovative activities and design in the industry as a whole can be responded to and solved through the theories and methods learned in this course. This course is divided into three aspects based on the innovation issues actually faced by the industry; One is the basic concepts of innovation and design. The second is innovative methods; The third is innovative applications. As the basic structure and connotation of the course.


課程概述 Course Description

企業價值創造能力是指企業根據顧客的需求和偏好創造優異顧客價值能力,它是整合研究開發設計能力、產品生產能力以及員工能力等要素的核心能力。而設計價值創造的效益必須從更高的企業層面統而觀之;反之創造企業競爭力與價值則須仰賴設計價值的創造。因此企業價值與設計價值與創造與效益應該是不可分的緊密關係。 隨著科技的進步與大環境的更迭;嚴然世界局勢的轉變,中國大陸已逐漸取代我國成為世界的代工廠,緊接著東南亞、中亞及新興國家的崛起,加上韓國蔚然成為已開發中國家,這種現狀已迫使台灣面對有史以來的衝擊,面臨了嚴峻的挑戰。雖然我國近幾年在設計技術能力的大幅提升,但僅靠設計力單薄的創新能力可能不足以在未來有所競爭。 據此;本課程主要是針對設計創造的價值從企業在生存發展過程中,從經營管理活動創造價值的能力體現在企業經營業務、管理支持以及適應環境發展的三維結構,包括業務層面的組分能力(component capabilities)、支持層面的結構能力(architectu ral capabilities)以及發展層面的動態能力。如何建構為現代具有創新能力價值的管理機制,以作為企業創新的新價值與效益進而對於設計價值的再認識與價值的創造與應用。
Enterprise value creation capability refers to the enterprise's ability to create excellent customer value based on customer needs and preferences. It is the core ability that integrates research and development design capabilities, product production capabilities, employee capabilities and other elements. The benefits created by design value must be viewed holistically from a higher corporate level; conversely, creating corporate competitiveness and value must rely on the creation of design value. Therefore, corporate value, design value, creation and efficiency should be inseparable and closely related. With the advancement of science and technology and changes in the general environment, and the changes in the world situation, mainland China has gradually replaced my country as the world's foundry. Following the rise of Southeast Asia, Central Asia and emerging countries, and South Korea has become a developed country. As a country, this status quo has forced Taiwan to face unprecedented shocks and severe challenges. Although my country has significantly improved its design technology capabilities in recent years, its weak innovation capabilities alone may not be enough to compete in the future. Accordingly; this course is mainly aimed at designing the value created by the enterprise in the process of survival and development, and the ability to create value from the operation and management activities is reflected in the three-dimensional structure of the enterprise's business operations, management support and adaptation to environmental development, including components at the business level. capabilities (component capabilities), structural capabilities at the support level (architecture ral capabilities), and dynamic capabilities at the development level. How to construct a modern management mechanism with innovative capabilities and value, as a new value and benefit for corporate innovation, and then re-understand the value of design and create and apply value.
