◎ 課程內涵:
本課以台灣現代美術史為基礎,以19世紀迄1990年代(解嚴)為年代劃分,談論台灣之明清、日治、戰後(解嚴前與解嚴後)之民國時期的美術史觀點,將台灣美術史中相關議題以專題形式拉出,逐一做美學和史觀之解析。
課程內容之論述主軸,基本以台灣現代美術之事件與內容為經、時代思考與民族立場為緯,縱橫出台灣現代藝術所應有之判讀。
課程期間,全班進行口述歷史訪談,並做影音資料記錄與整理,期末自提研究主題做口語報告和書面資料整合,磨練學生研究方法和藝術史觀之建立。1. Establish a historical perspective.

◎ Course content:
This course is based on the history of modern art in Taiwan. It divides the period from the 19th century to the 1990s (the lifting of martial law) as a period. It discusses the views of Taiwan's art history in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the Japanese rule, and the postwar (before and after the lifting of martial law) and the Republic of China period. Relevant issues in Taiwan's art history are presented in the form of special topics, and aesthetics and historical perspectives are analyzed one by one.
The main axis of the course content is basically based on the events and content of Taiwan's modern art, with the thinking of the times and the national stance as the latitude, and it outlines the proper interpretation of Taiwan's modern art.
During the course, the whole class conducts oral history interviews, records and organizes audio-visual materials, and at the end of the semester, self-proclaims a research topic and makes an oral report and integrates written materials to hone students' research methods and the establishment of art historical perspectives.
