透過課程單元的安排，使實際設計規劃，讓學生更瞭解在創作上該如何去表現與詮釋公共藝術。，共同討論發展出兼具時代與個性的造型藝術形式和內容，引導研究生藉由造形原理、繪畫思想及視覺語彙的綜合運用，表現個人特色的造型藝術創作。

Through the arrangement of course units, actual design planning is enabled to give students a better understanding of how to express and expound public art in creation. , jointly discuss and develop styling art forms and contents that are both contemporary and individual, and guide graduate students to express their personal characteristics through the comprehensive use of styling principles, painting ideas and visual essays.
