這是一門為藝術創作的研究生所特別規劃的課程，主要目的是讓研究所的訓練不囿限於探討創作品質與方法，也同時兼顧學生在台灣社會作為一個創作者，學習如何有效地規劃與經營自己未來的專業職涯，和如何跨入商業畫廊的第一步。。對策評組的選課生，則作為一種對藝術生態與機制的了解，以及對創作者的生產模式有所熟悉，以強化中介角色的職能。
藝術職場實務（一）：認識台灣當代藝術生態和市場運作特性與機制、創作和市場的關連與自我定位、如何對專業生涯展開中長期之規畫。
藝術職場實務（二）：如何在技術面準備好自身的職涯資訊，認識相關的法規、尋找資源的策略等，以強化學生創作和藝術策畫行業之就業態度、和技術能力。
本課程需要邀請藝術界各類型的專業人士來校談論藝術家的生存法則，例如策展人、藝術家、商業畫廊經營者、政府或基金會承辦人等，以及校外參訪的安排，期能培養修課同學跨越到職場的專業能力。
藝術職場實務（一）的課程內涵包括：認識台灣當代藝術生態、第一與第二市場的運作機制、創作的自我定位和定價準則；透過閱讀或參訪，認識當代藝術家的職涯典範和另類選擇。
藝術職場實務（二）的課程內涵包括：藝術創作者相關的著作權法規、如何尋找資源和撰寫補助申請計畫書(國藝會、國內外駐村計畫)、如何準備好自身的簡經歷、作品集、專業倫理與團隊合作、公共藝術等另類職涯的能力補充。This is a specially planned course for graduate students in art creation. The main purpose is to allow the training of the institute to not be limited to exploring the quality and methods of creative works. It also also provides students with the first step in how to effectively plan and run their future professional careers and how to enter a business gallery. . Course selection of the Counseling Group is a knowledge of artistic ecology and mechanisms, as well as a familiarity with the creator's production model to enhance the abilities of the intermediary role.
Artistic career practice (I): Understand the contemporary art ecology and market operation characteristics and mechanism, creation and market connection and self-positioning, and how to develop long-term plans for professional careers.
Art career practice (II): How to prepare your career information in the technical field, recognize relevant regulations, resource-finding strategies, etc., to enhance students' career attitude and technical ability in the creation and art planning industry.
This course requires inviting professionals from all kinds of art to come to the school to discuss the survival rules of artists, such as curators, artists, business gallery operators, government or foundation administrators, and arrangements for off-campus visits. In order to cultivate the professional ability of students in the course to cross the field.
The course content of the Arts Activity (I) includes: understanding the contemporary art ecology of Taiwan, the operating mechanism of the first and second markets, the self-positioning of creation and pricing standards; through reading or visiting, we can understand the career patterns and alternative choices of contemporary artists.
The course content of the Arts Activity (II) includes: copyright laws and regulations related to art creators, how to find resources and write supplementary application plans (national art associations, domestic and foreign village plans), how to prepare for your own simple experience, portfolio, professional ethics and team cooperation, public art and other alternative careers.
