參數式設計改變了幾何與形式的建構方式與邏輯,基於演算法與參數規則定義做為創作的表達模式,將設計意圖與形式回饋變成一種開放式的演繹過程。本課程將使用Rhino3D與Grasshopper軟體為學習媒介,導入參數式與衍生式設計方法與概念,是當代建築與設計以演算邏輯為基礎的新創作典範,結合人工智慧的思維,預期將改變設計的流程與語言。Parametric design changes the construction methods and logic of geometry and form.
