基本問題，透過實例賞析及檢討，得以增進有關韌性城市及智慧治理等專業知識之了解。

Regarding the related issues of urban governance, we will examine the continuous development of cities from climate change, environmental issues, economic development, social culture, social security, natural landscape, cultural landscape, and permanent design.
Basic problems can be improved through example analysis and review, and professional knowledge about relevant cities and smart governance.
