課程先介紹美學基礎概念,第二部分再透過賞析、評論現有的著作,引導學生探索飲食著作,並進而能臨摹、誘引出同學對美食文創的熱忱。在第三部分,先閱讀三篇論文,徹底擺脫一般人對創業者的基本認知---假定創業的目的是追求利潤的需求行為。導入餐飲創業的生活美學的生活現象學取向下的創業研究,提供學生新的餐飲生活視界。The course first introduces the basic concepts of aesthetics, and in the second part, students are guided to explore food works by appreciating and commenting on existing works, and then copying and inducing students' enthusiasm for food and cultural creation. In the third part, first read three papers to completely get rid of the basic understanding of entrepreneurs by ordinary people---assuming that the purpose of entrepreneurship is the pursuit of profit. Entrepreneurship research based on the life phenomenological orientation of life aesthetics of catering entrepreneurship is introduced to provide students with a new perspective on catering life.
