教育目標 Course Target

1. 運用設計的四大元素風、光、水、綠及莊子【至大物外,至小無內】的哲學思辨創造空間的無限想像 2. 以實地參訪為主,藉由參訪的經驗培養出美學的生活態度。 3. 經由案例了解如何設計用餐環境、營造氛圍及了解用餐品味。 1. Use the four major elements of design - wind, light, water, green and Zhuangzi's philosophical thinking [the greatest thing is outside, the smallest nothing is inside] to create unlimited imagination of space 2. Focus on on-site visits and cultivate an aesthetic attitude towards life through the experience of visits. 3. Understand how to design a dining environment, create an atmosphere and understand dining taste through cases.
