課程目標 : 一、瞭解都市計畫行政體系與內容、理論基礎與實務運作。
二、瞭解各層級與各部門計畫的規劃設計與管制原則。
三、瞭解在全球化過程中，都市計畫應該扮演的功能，以及相對應的理論與規劃法規。
課程內涵 : 介紹都市及區域計畫理論、土地使用計畫、公共設施計畫、交通運輸計畫、都市防災計畫、國土計畫、區域計畫、都市設計、行政區域重劃與國土空間結構、都市更新與都市再生、土地使用分區管制、開發許可制、社區營造與規劃、都市及區域政策、土地開發。

Course objectives: 1. Understand the administrative system and content of urban planning, theoretical foundations and practical operations.
2. Understand the planning and control principles of various levels and departments.
3. Understand the functions that urban planning should play in the process of globalization, as well as the corresponding theories and planning regulations.
Connotation of course: Introduce urban and regional planning theory, land use planning, public facilities planning, transportation planning, urban disaster prevention planning, national land planning, regional planning, urban design, administrative region re-planning and domestic space structure, urban renewal and urban regeneration, land use sub-regional control, development permit system, community construction and planning, urban and regional policies, and land development.
