<人資管理專題>以組織及員工的角度探討人力資源管理之核心議題，包括：招募甄選、訓練發展、績效評估、及薪酬福利等主題之學理應用及實務展開。透過學員服務單位之案例研討，培養學生具備人力資源功能之規劃展開與自我實踐能力。

<人事行政專題>著重理論應用與實務議題的研討，本課程依序介紹我國人事分類制度之演進及人事機構、公務人員考試、任用及陞遷制度、公務人員俸給及考績制度、公務人員退休、撫卹及保險制度、公務人員保障、訓練與進修制度、公務倫理及行政中立等主題。同時結合授課教師過去公務資歷與學術研究經驗及成果，深入探討我國人事行政之理論應用與實務議題。

explores the core issues of human resources management from the perspective of organizations and employees, including: theoretical application and practical development of recruitment and selection, training and development, performance evaluation, and compensation and benefits. Through case studies in student service units, students are trained to have the ability to plan, develop, and practice human resources functions.

"Personnel Administration Topics" focuses on the study of theoretical applications and practical issues. This course introduces the evolution of my country's personnel classification system and personnel organizations, civil servant examinations, appointments and promotion systems, civil servant salary and performance appraisal systems, civil servant retirement, pension and insurance systems, civil servant security, training and further education systems, public service ethics and administrative neutrality, etc. At the same time, combined with the instructor’s past public service qualifications and academic research experience and results, the theoretical application and practical issues of my country’s personnel administration will be discussed in depth.
