<人資管理專題>以組織及員工的角度探討人力資源管理之核心議題，包括：招募甄選、訓練發展、績效評估、及薪酬福利等主題之學理應用及實務展開。透過學員服務單位之案例研討，培養學生具備人力資源功能之規劃展開與自我實踐能力。

<人事行政專題>著重理論應用與實務議題的研討，本課程依序介紹我國人事分類制度之演進及人事機構、公務人員考試、任用及陞遷制度、公務人員俸給及考績制度、公務人員退休、撫卹及保險制度、公務人員保障、訓練與進修制度、公務倫理及行政中立等主題。同時結合授課教師過去公務資歷與學術研究經驗及成果，深入探討我國人事行政之理論應用與實務議題。

Explore the core issues of human resource management from the perspective of organization and staff, including: recruitment selection, training development, performance evaluation, and salary and benefits and other topics. Through case study of the student service unit, students can develop planning and self-realization ability to prepare human resource functions.

This course introduces the themes of the evolution and personnel institutions of our personnel classification system, the examination of public personnel, appointment and employment system, the salary and examination system of public personnel, the retirement of public personnel, the resignation of public personnel, the insurance and insurance system, the protection of public personnel, the training and promotion system, the public ethics and administrative neutrality. At the same time, we will combine the teaching teachers' past public information and academic research experience and achievements, and conduct in-depth discussions on the theoretical application and practical issues of our personnel administration.
