本課程目的主要是讓研究生學習系統思考方法論,進行對產業政策作研究與分析。因此首先建立同學具有政策分析的專業能力,其次培養同學決策制訂與政策分析的經驗。課程內容主要如下:1.介紹產業政策理論與實務上常用分析方法;2.學習系統動態學方法論:構建系統動態模式的方法與程序,並且學習使用套裝軟體;3. 產業發展個案與政策分析研究。The purpose of this course is mainly to allow graduate students to study system thinking methodology and conduct research and analysis of industry policies. Therefore, first, establish the professional ability of policy analysis for students, and secondly, cultivate the experience of policy making and policy analysis for students. The main contents of the course are as follows: 1. Introduction to the theory of industry policy and common analytical methods in practice; 2. Learn the method of dynamic system learning: methods and procedures for constructing system dynamic models, and learn the use of packaged software; 3. Analysis and research on industry development cases and policy.
