本課程目的主要是讓研究生學習系統思考方法論,進行對產業政策作研究與分析。因此首先建立同學具有政策分析的專業能力,其次培養同學決策制訂與政策分析的經驗。課程內容主要如下:1.介紹產業政策理論與實務上常用分析方法;2.學習系統動態學方法論:構建系統動態模式的方法與程序,並且學習使用套裝軟體;3. 產業發展個案與政策分析研究。The purpose of this course is mainly to enable graduate students to learn systematic thinking methodologies and conduct research and analysis on industrial policies. Therefore, we should first establish students’ professional abilities in policy analysis, and secondly cultivate students’ experience in decision-making and policy analysis. The main content of the course is as follows: 1. Introduction to industrial policy theory and commonly used analytical methods in practice; 2. Learning system dynamics methodology: methods and procedures for constructing system dynamic models, and learning to use packaged software; 3. Industrial development case and policy analysis research .
