本課程為碩、博士班選修課，是基礎統計的延伸與應用。課程中將先回顧基礎統計，進而介紹進階統計的相關內容，也強調實際的資料分析。另外，特別要讓同學們了解統計的限制，並避免統計的誤用與濫用。期能養成同學們正確的統計態度，合宜地使用統計工具進行各項量化的相關研究。

This course is an elective course for master's and doctoral students and is an extension and application of basic statistics. The course will first review basic statistics, then introduce relevant content of advanced statistics, and also emphasize practical data analysis. In addition, it is especially important for students to understand the limitations of statistics and avoid misuse and abuse of statistics. In the future, students can develop a correct statistical attitude and use statistical tools appropriately to conduct various quantitative related research.
