碩士班質性研究方法主要是深化大學部的研究方法訓練。相較於「社會研究法」有關認識論及各種研究法的基本認識和操作經驗,本課程的重點在於:(1) 培養從事以寫作論文為目標的分析和研究能力;(2) 方法論與認識論的進階思考與反省;(3) 各種質性研究方法的整合了解;(4) 發表與呈現的能力。
本質性研究方法分為三部份:第一部分總論各種研究方法的了解。第二部分,將以各種不同研究方法的實際研究論文,為上課討論範圍。同時,要求同學進行深度訪談作與寫作,以訪問NGO 或其他研究生為主要課程練習與實作的作業。第三部分,將主要以科學哲學上的方法論與認識論為主要分析,此部分將以弱勢族群如性別、同志或有色人種的觀點出發了解反思性、多元與情境知識觀點的重要性。
The qualitative research methods of the master's class are mainly to deepen the research method training of the university department. Compared with the basic understanding and operational experience of epistemology and various research methods in "Social Research Methods", the focus of this course is: (1) cultivating the ability to analyze and research with the goal of writing papers; (2) the understanding of methodology and epistemology Advanced thinking and reflection; (3) integrated understanding of various qualitative research methods; (4) ability to publish and present.
Essential research methods are divided into three parts: The first part summarizes the understanding of various research methods. In the second part, actual research papers with various research methods will be the scope of class discussion. At the same time, students are required to conduct in-depth interviews and writing, and visit NGOs or other graduate students as the main course exercises and practical assignments. The third part will mainly focus on the methodology and epistemology of scientific philosophy. This part will understand the importance of reflexivity, pluralism and contextual knowledge from the perspective of disadvantaged groups such as gender, gays or people of color.
質化研究是一門社會科學領域常用的研究方法論課程,本課程介紹餐旅領域常使用之質化研究方法的觀點與研究過程,以文本分析研究為主認識質化研究特質,詮釋典範的相關觀點、量化與質化研究差異、質性研究企劃過程、資料收集方法及技巧、研究倫理、寫作方式等;並協助同學選擇碩士論文主題、找出問題意識、整理文獻、擬出研究架構,撰寫研究大綱、並執行質化研究過程。
