教育目標 Course Target

碩士班質性研究方法主要是深化大學部的研究方法訓練。相較於「社會研究法」有關認識論及各種研究法的基本認識和操作經驗,本課程的重點在於:(1) 培養從事以寫作論文為目標的分析和研究能力;(2) 方法論與認識論的進階思考與反省;(3) 各種質性研究方法的整合了解;(4) 發表與呈現的能力。 本質性研究方法分為三部份:第一部分總論各種研究方法的了解。第二部分,將以各種不同研究方法的實際研究論文,為上課討論範圍。同時,要求同學進行深度訪談作與寫作,以訪問NGO 或其他研究生為主要課程練習與實作的作業。第三部分,將主要以科學哲學上的方法論與認識論為主要分析,此部分將以弱勢族群如性別、同志或有色人種的觀點出發了解反思性、多元與情境知識觀點的重要性。 The quality research method of the judiciary class is mainly to deepen the training of research methods in the university department. Compared with the "Social Research Method" related to the basic understanding and operational experience of various research methods, the focus of this course is: (1) cultivating the analytical and research ability with the goal of writing essays; (2) Advanced thinking and reflection on methodological discussions and understanding; (3) Integrated understanding of various quality research methods; (4) The ability to publish and present. Intrinsic research methods are divided into three parts: the first part summarizes the understanding of various research methods. The second part will use actual research papers with different research methods to discuss the subject. At the same time, students are required to conduct in-depth interviews and writing to learn about NGOs or other graduate students as the main course to practice and practice. The third part will mainly analyze scientific philosophy and cognitive theory. This part will develop the importance of reflective, diverse and situational knowledge based on the views of weak groups such as gender, gay or people of color.


課程概述 Course Description

質化研究是一門社會科學領域常用的研究方法論課程,本課程介紹餐旅領域常使用之質化研究方法的觀點與研究過程,以文本分析研究為主認識質化研究特質,詮釋典範的相關觀點、量化與質化研究差異、質性研究企劃過程、資料收集方法及技巧、研究倫理、寫作方式等;並協助同學選擇碩士論文主題、找出問題意識、整理文獻、擬出研究架構,撰寫研究大綱、並執行質化研究過程。
Quality research is a commonly used research method discussion course in the field of social sciences. This course introduces the perspectives and research processes of quality research methods commonly used in the field of catering and tourism. It mainly recognizes the characteristics of quality research, and describes the relevant views, quantification and quality of the classics. Research differences, quality research planning processes, data collection methods and techniques, research ethics, writing methods, etc.; and help students choose the topic of literacy, find out the problem idea, organize the article, and create the research structure, write research topics, and execute the quality research process.
