課程概述 Course Description

課程基本描述: 可靠性分析是研究開發的產品在每一個階段的生命週期,並為其壽命做定量性的評估。包含試驗設計及利用母數或無母數方法估計產品壽命的可靠度函數;應用統計模式及統計分析方法,研究重要因子對產品壽命的影響,並評估此模式的正確性。 課程在系所定位: 可靠性分析在大學部開課,採實務走向。 課程所教授的專業能力: 可靠度資料的解讀和分析、產品壽命分配與相關統計量的推導與計算、SAS與R程式撰寫、分析結果及如何判讀和解釋。 授課內容: 1. Reliability Concepts and Reliability Data. 2. Nonparametric Estimation. 3. Other Parametric Distributions. 4. Planning Life Tests. 5. Degradation Data, Models, and Data Analysis. 6. Failure-Time Regression Analysis. 7. Accelerated Test Models. 8. Case Studies and Further Applications. 教學目標: 介紹各種型態之可靠度資料及其統計分析與應用。本課程將使學生了解可靠度函數、壽命模型、以及如何應用壽命模型和統計方法去 估計可靠度值及預測產品壽命。進一步讓學生了解如何應用所學方法分析實際資料 。 培養之能力: 大學部: 可靠度資料分析與收集之能力、簡單的計算和推導、結果的呈現和解釋。
Basic course description: Reliability analysis is to study the life cycle of a developed product at each stage and make a quantitative assessment of its life. It includes experimental design and the reliability function of estimating product life using mother or mother-free methods; applying statistical models and statistical analysis methods to study the impact of important factors on product life and evaluating the correctness of this model. Course positioning in the department: Reliability analysis is offered as a course in the university department, adopting a practical orientation. Professional competencies taught in the course: Interpretation and analysis of reliability data, derivation and calculation of product life distribution and related statistics, writing SAS and R programs, analysis results and how to interpret and interpret them. Teaching content: 1. Reliability Concepts and Reliability Data. 2. Nonparametric Estimation. 3. Other Parametric Distributions. 4. Planning Life Tests. 5. Degradation Data, Models, and Data Analysis. 6. Failure-Time Regression Analysis. 7. Accelerated Test Models. 8. Case Studies and Further Applications. Teaching objectives: Introduce various types of reliability data and their statistical analysis and applications. This course will enable students to understand reliability functions, life models, and how to apply life models and statistical methods to estimate reliability values ​​and predict product life. Further enable students to understand how to apply the methods they have learned to analyze actual data. Ability to develop: Undergraduate Department: Ability to analyze and collect reliability data, simple calculations and derivation, presentation and interpretation of results.
