課程以宏觀角度認識全球經濟趨勢，透過金融時事導讀方式，針對世界經濟重要議題，探討政府政策背景與邏輯，並提供個人投資理財及企業決策的參考。課程進行將透過國家總體經濟個案，如美、歐、日、中國及新興市場經濟，回顧與剖析當前總體經濟與金融之問題、政策以及事件，內容包括：全球經濟的利率、匯率、以及資產價格；貿易順逆差及外部失衡之起因與後果；新興市場經濟金融危機；通貨、銀行業與金融危機；貨幣與財政政策之短期與長期效果；新興市場外債與其調整企圖；金融市場全球化。了解如何制訂國際投資決策與營運資金管理政策。透過強調國際投資決策所考量的環境因素，以理論架構整合這些主題。
The course understands global economic trends from a macro perspective, uses financial affairs guidance to highlight important issues of world economy, explores government policy background and logic, and provides references to personal investment, financial management and corporate decisions. The course will review and analyze current overall economic and financial issues, policies and events through national overall economic and financial transactions, such as the U.S., Europe, Japan, China and New Market Economy. It includes: interest rates, exchange rates, and asset prices of global economy. ; causes and consequences of trade deficits and external imbalances; economic and financial crisis in the Xinxing market; goods, banking and financial crisis; short-term and long-term effects of currency and financial policies; off-site debts and their adjustment plans; globalization of the financial market. Learn how to formulate international investment decisions and operational fund management policies. Integrate these topics with a theoretical framework by emphasizing environmental factors considered in international investment decisions.
