教育目標 Course Target
管理個案教學是管理學院重要教學方法，透過管理實務個案的探討，可讓同學將理論與實務結合，除可訓練個人獨立思考分析的能力外，更可培養與他人協調溝通的能力，提昇團隊合作的精神，進而激發學習者學習熱情與成效。
Management case teaching is an important teaching method in the School of Management. Through the discussion of practical management cases, students can combine theory and practice. In addition to training individuals' independent thinking and analysis abilities, it can also cultivate the ability to coordinate and communicate with others, enhance the spirit of teamwork, and thus stimulate learners' learning enthusiasm and effectiveness.
