教育目標 Course Target
面對不斷變動的外在環境，變革管理已是經理人的日常工作。本課程將邀請企業界知名企業分享其企業轉型與變革的實際經驗。
Faced with the ever-changing external environment, changing management has become a daily job for managers. This course will invite well-known enterprises in the enterprise to share their actual experience in enterprise transformation and transformation.
