價值創造是未來商業模式創新的核心,如何提升企業價值乃是公司管理者最重要的使命。企業在不同的生命週期,所面臨的經營風險、投資策略、籌資方式、營運資金到上市後配股配息的運作,皆會反應在市場對公司的評價。因此企業經營的過程中,了解企業如何以最適當的方式來籌集公司所需的資金,以及公司內部如何有效管理與運用這些資金,透過利潤再投資與組織利潤的最適配置,來達成企業價值之創造,將會是企業在順風時的煉金術,逆風時的求生術,也是企業經營者的必要修練。

因此本課程將結合理論與實務,針對投資、融資、營運與併購等財務決策,從整個公司的層次,介紹公司價值的產生與創造價值的管理,探討價值創造的重要性,利潤思維與價值思維之差異。以及如何使公司形成創造價值的文化,公司如何透過價值理念從事績效管理。並深入討論影響與驅動企業價值之財務因子,以及企業價值的評估。並且結合經典財金案例與時事之介紹與討論,期能讓課程參與者提升並深化對於價值創造管理的能力與應用。
