第三波數位革命時代的來臨,全球正進入由智慧轉型所帶動的經濟轉型,數位科技成本大幅下降,創新驅動從技術驅動轉向為商業模式創新服務模式驅動,創新關鍵不在是技術本身的創新,而是在產業本身的遊戲規則制定與設計,價值夥伴的合作與設計,如何從「客戶的客 戶」(B2B2C)當中,以客戶的需求與痛點,並從顧客網絡、平台競爭、資料價值轉換、創新快速驗證、價值設計的五大面向(Rogers, 2016),設計尋找出產業的轉型創新價值,建立以客戶的價值鏈為中心的新經濟與商業模式,才是產業未來競爭優勢取得的關鍵。
因此本課程期望培養同學,學會的不再是細枝末節的知識與技能,而是要學會創新與開創的方法,以及如何站在制高點思考各種問題並預見未來,並且具備有動手做的能力(眼高手黑的能耐)。面對瞬息萬變的未來與社會環境快速變遷,學習「新叢林法則」,學習探索轉型創新與商業模式設計,藉由學習創新轉型與經營模式設計相關理論與互動式個案教學、實務演講與實務專題演練,培養同學能辨識市場機會、掌握創新轉型策略與經營模式分析與設計能力,了解企業營運模式的基本知識及可能遭遇的困難與挑戰,進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神,開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。
