Corporate Management plus Governance and Business Ethics
教育目標 Course Target
本課程分為上下兩學期，本學期邀請4位講者作專題演講，講者包括學者、企業經營者或智庫相關人員，演講主題涵蓋公司治理相關數位轉型、智慧科技、二代接班、永續經營等議題，透過座談分享企業經營管理、公司治理上所遇到的挑戰與案例分享，希望透過講座討論讓學生了解到現今永續經營環境面上所必須面對的議題與可參考的案例。
This course is divided into two sessions, and four speakers are invited to give a special lecture during this session. The speakers include learners, corporate operators or smart database related personnel. The theme of the lecture covers digital transformation related to corporate governance, smart technology, second-generation succession, and permanent succession For discussions such as business, we will share challenges and cases encountered in corporate management and corporate governance through seats. We hope that through seminars, we will let students understand the issues that must be faced and referenced cases in the current continuous operation environment.
