教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在協助學生了解「組織理論」的相關理論，包括策略擬定、組織設計、組織文化、國際化等主題依序介紹。了解組織理論的重要學者與觀點，並試著結合理論並應用於經營決策，創造競爭優勢，奠定與維持成功的基石。
This course aims to help students understand the relevant theories of "organizational theory", including strategic determination, organizational design, organizational culture, and internationalization. Understand important learners and perspectives in organizing theory, try to make reasonable arguments and apply them to decisions, create competitive advantages, and lay the foundation for success.
