本課程擬透過財金文獻的閱讀，瞭解目前財務的研究發展趨勢與內容，透過課堂的討論，除了使同學更深入瞭解理論與實務的關連外，對研究架構與方法亦有所助益。參閱並準備所指定的文獻

This course aims to understand the current development trends and content of financial research through reading financial literature. Class discussions will not only enable students to have a deeper understanding of the relationship between theory and practice, but also help with research structures and methods.
