本課程進行的方式將以個案為主體(每週一個個案),讓學生處身在比較真實的狀況下,用密集與高強度的競爭學習方式,應用他們在所學到的商管知識與工具,探索在企業經營中碰到的各式情境的問題。This course will be conducted based on cases (one case per week), allowing students to be in a more real situation, using intensive and high-intensity competitive learning methods to apply the business management knowledge and tools they have learned. Explore various situational issues encountered in business operations.
這個課程主要是希望訓練商管專業高年級,以及MBA學生有批判性思維的能力,將科學性、邏輯性的方法和推理運用於問題的發現、問題的定義,並探索可能的對策。整個課程將透過各種刑事案例詰詢的討論與評估、產生對目標或是商管主題深入的瞭解,提出合理的闡釋,可行的方案。讓學生運用分析的技巧檢驗對於一些課題的認知,風險評估,能夠綜觀全局,糾正在過去功能性學過程中的偏差或是不足之處。
This course mainly hopes to train senior business administration majors and MBA students to have critical thinking abilities, apply scientific and logical methods and reasoning to problem discovery, problem definition, and explore possible countermeasures. The entire course will generate in-depth understanding of the target or business management topic through the discussion and evaluation of various criminal case inquiries, and propose reasonable explanations and feasible solutions. Let students use analytical skills to test their understanding of some topics, risk assessment, and be able to look at the overall situation and correct deviations or shortcomings in the past functional learning process.
