隨著環保與社會責任浪潮,以及企業經營型態不斷變革,永續發展成為企業經營重要課題,而服務創新模式,則是協助企業解決永續挑戰的重要方法。因此,企業需要更有效的運用資源創造最大價值,除了原有的製造思維之外,亦能透過服務模式創新自身附加價值,建構企業永續競爭力。本課程主要目的為協助學生了解企業永續與服務創新的核心概念,探討企業永續的內涵,以及如何創新服務如何協助企業邁向永續轉型。透過本課程,我們希望能夠培養同學跨領域與團隊合作的能力,並有能力自主學習,更加強對於,藉以培養永續經營人才,創造服務創新的新價值,並落實在產品/服務的設計與公司營運中。With the wave of environmental protection and social responsibility, as well as the continuous changes in corporate business models, sustainable development has become an important issue for corporate operations, and the service innovation model is an important method to help companies solve sustainability challenges. Therefore, companies need to use resources more effectively to create maximum value. In addition to the original manufacturing thinking, they can also innovate their own added value through service models and build sustainable competitiveness of the company. The main purpose of this course is to help students understand the core concepts of corporate sustainability and service innovation, explore the connotation of corporate sustainability, and how innovative services can help companies move towards sustainable transformation. Through this course, we hope to cultivate students' ability to work across fields and in teams, and to have the ability to learn independently and strengthen cooperation, so as to cultivate sustainable management talents, create new value in service innovation, and implement it in the design and design of products/services.
