Power Electronic Integrated Circuit Design

教育目標 Course Target

本課程目標主要提供電源管理晶片設計領域發展之研究生和將進入職場的大四學生一個學習與實作的平臺:主要著重於電力電子的運作原理、電路及結構之設計和其相關介面電路的設計、模擬、實驗等,並了解各種電源管理設計架構設計的選擇與挑戰。
且最終以單晶片實現的能力。除了課程講解外,實驗亦佔有重要的地位,以期使修課學生具有實際的電源管理晶片設計之經驗。

The purpose of this course mainly provides a learning and practical platform for graduate students in the development of power management chip design and senior students entering the field of jobs: mainly focusing on the operation principle of power electronics, the design of circuits and structures, and the design, simulation, and experiments of its related interface circuits, and understanding the choices and challenges of various power management design architectures.
And finally, it realizes the ability of a single chip. In addition to course explanations, experience also plays an important role in order to enable students to have practical experience in power management chip design.
