在知識經濟與科技致能的風潮下,產業發展逐漸轉型為以科技的商業價值創造為主要驅動力的模式,而企業也越來越重視自身的科技應用與創新管理,並藉由組織內源源不絕的創新活動與成果,達成企業價值創造的目標。但如何做好科技的商業價值創造呢?科技的價值創造可以學習嗎?商業價值創造活動可以管理嗎?對強調科技研發的企業而言,無論身處在任何產業,如何將科技研發成果轉化成具市場價值的商業經營成為現代企業經營最重要的議題。本課程希望藉由文獻之自我閱讀、課堂之實作演練,輔以個案探討的刺激,為學生對科技的商業價值創造帶來新的思考與啟發,並累積實務能力。
有鑑於科技的商業價值創造係為一跨領域的議題,為期在有限的時間內,兼顧廣度與深度,讓修課學生有所掌握,本課程採取「以科技創新為核心、以創業提案為目的」的觀點進行課程設計,並配合課程原定目標,特別介紹與深入探討講師於工研院任職所研發之NSDB價值創造方法論,並於課堂由講師帶領進行NSDB的實務練習,讓學生於修完課程後,不僅對科技的商業價值創造有相當的了解,並累積科技創新與創業提案之實務能力。其中,配合開課科系,本課程在此所指的「科技」將以資訊科技作為主軸。Under the trend of knowledge economy and technology enablement, industry development has gradually transformed into a model that uses the business value of technology as the main driving force, and enterprises are increasingly paying attention to their own technology application and innovation management, and through the organization, they are in a steady stream of origin.
