教育目標 Course Target
以「平衡計分卡」為基礎,由組織策略展開績效評估的指標網,並運用「目標管理」的手法,作為醫療經理人績效管理輔助的決策工具。
Based on the "balanced scorecard", the indicator network for performance evaluation is developed by organizational strategies, and the "target management" method is used as a decision tool for medical manager performance management assistance.
