實際工廠的製程是由各個操作單元組合而成,對於每個獨立操作單元的理想控制策略,並不能確保整合之後的整廠控制策略會是個理想的組合。本課程以化工製程典型的反應-分離-回流架構,經由製程動態模擬軟體的實作方式,訓練學生思考實際工廠操作的問題,包括:(1)反應物回流的效應、(2)能量整合的效應、以及(3)製程內每一個反應物的質量守恆定律,讓學生具備整廠程序控制的能力。The process of an actual factory is composed of various operating units. The ideal control strategy for each independent operating unit cannot be guaranteed to be an ideal combination after integration. This course uses the typical reaction-division-reflow structure of chemical processes. Through the practical method of the dynamic simulation software of the process, students are trained to think about the problems of actual factory operations, including: (1) the effect of reactor reflux, (2) the effect of energy integration, and (3) the quality law of each reactor in the process, so that students can have the ability to control the entire factory program.
