實際工廠的製程是由各個操作單元組合而成,對於每個獨立操作單元的理想控制策略,並不能確保整合之後的整廠控制策略會是個理想的組合。本課程以化工製程典型的反應-分離-回流架構,經由製程動態模擬軟體的實作方式,訓練學生思考實際工廠操作的問題,包括:(1)反應物回流的效應、(2)能量整合的效應、以及(3)製程內每一個反應物的質量守恆定律,讓學生具備整廠程序控制的能力。The actual factory process is composed of various operating units. The ideal control strategy for each independent operating unit does not guarantee that the integrated control strategy for the whole plant will be an ideal combination. This course uses the typical reaction-separation-reflux structure of chemical engineering processes, and through the implementation of process dynamic simulation software, trains students to think about actual factory operation issues, including: (1) the effect of reactant reflux, (2) energy integration effect, and (3) the mass conservation law of each reactant in the process, allowing students to have the ability to control the entire factory process.
