本課程主旨在於幫助研究生對分子細胞生物學的發現歷史與研究方法論有深入的認識,以期學生瞭解細胞分子作用機轉以及相關之分析技術,上課內容著重在(1) Cell organization and movement; (2) How cells are integrated into tissues; (3) Molecular genetics; (4) Cell signalings (5) Cell membrane and vesicle trafficking.The purpose of this course is to help graduate students gain an in-depth understanding of the discovery history and research methodology of molecular cell biology, so that students can understand the molecular mechanisms of cells and related analysis techniques. The purpose of this course is to help graduate students gain an in-depth understanding of the discovery history and research methodology of molecular cell biology, so that students can understand the molecular mechanisms of cells and related analysis techniques. This course is based on Molecular Cell Biology (Lodish et al, 6th edition) Mainly, classes include lectures and oral reports, which will focus on understanding the structure, function, signal transmission and molecular regulatory mechanisms of cells.
