教育目標 Course Target
藉由文獻資料閱讀與實作 讓學生學習運用先進的光電材料之製作與物理特性分析. 主要內容: 1.光電材料的製備 2.分析 掃描探針顯微鏡 電子顯微鏡 X光繞射儀 螢光光譜
To have the students learn the preparations and physical properties of the advanced optoelectronic materials, by literature review and practices.
It will include: 1. the fabrication/preparation of optoelectronic materials, 2. characterizations be scanning probe microscopy, electron microscopy, optical spectroscopy, and X-ray diffractometry.
Through literature reading and implementation, students can learn the production and physical properties of advanced optical materials. Main content: 1. Preparation of optical materials 2. Analysis Scanning and probing microscopes Electronic microscopes X-ray radiant spectrometers
