Semiconductor Devices Physics

教育目標 Course Target

講解半導體元件的基本觀念及其相關應用，使學生具備進行相關研究的基礎。配合本系教育目標,培養學生第一、二、三和五等各項之相關核心能力.
課程內容包括：
1. 簡介
2. 半導體物理
3. pn接面二極體
4. 金屬-半導體接面
5. 金屬-氧化物-半導體二極體(MOS diode)
6. 金屬-氧化物-半導體場效電晶體
7. 太陽能電池

Explain the basic concepts of semiconductor components and their related applications, so that students can provide basic research. In line with the educational goals of this department, cultivate students' related core abilities in the first, second, third and fifth aspects.
Course content includes:
1. Introduction
2. Semiconductor physics
3. PN junction diode
4. Metal-semiconductor joint
5. Metal-oxide-semiconductor diopteryte (MOS diode)
6. Metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor
7. Solar battery
