本課程主要在討論台灣與日本在政治社會交流上的重要議題，課程中就不同主題，指定學生閱讀相關文獻與重要研究成果，並配合課堂討論與習作，增進學生對台日政治社會交流相關議題之熟悉度，進而培養對政治議題之分析與觀察的能力。This course mainly discusses important issues in political and social exchanges between Taiwan and Japan. In the course, students are assigned to read relevant literature and important research results on different topics, and cooperate with class discussions and exercises to enhance students' understanding of issues related to political and social exchanges between Taiwan and Japan. familiarity, and then develop the ability to analyze and observe political issues.
在全球化及多元文化高度滲透的今日，國與國或公與私的界線已日趨模糊，為因應此一趨勢，本課程的討論範圍將不僅限於國家、政府、議會、政黨等固有的公部門領域，也會將觸角延伸至歷史、社會、經濟、媒體、教育、家庭、社區等的政治周邊領域。
In today's world where globalization and multiculturalism are highly permeable, the boundaries between countries or between public and private have become increasingly blurred. In response to this trend, the scope of discussion in this course will not be limited to the inherent public sectors such as the country, government, parliament, and political parties. fields, it will also extend its tentacles to political peripheral fields such as history, society, economy, media, education, family, community, etc.
