神經語言程式學（NLP）是提升人與人之間的溝通技巧，以及積極正面的思維技術。本課程將從語言入手，觀察不同類型的語言使用與個人特質，從而應用於溝通表達。教學目標首先是能夠理解重要觀念及方法。其次能應用於日常生活。
Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is a technology that improves communication skills and positive thinking between people. This course will start with language, observing different types of language use and personal characteristics, and then applying them to communication expressions. The teaching goal is first to be able to understand important concepts and methods. Secondly, it can be applied to daily life.
