指導修畢教育學程學生至實習學校進行為期6個月的全時教育實習。
了解中等教育實習學校之教學、班級經營、行政等概況與問題,體認教育實習的角色與任務,調整與面對理想與現實可能之衝突。並掌握教育實習、教師檢定及教師甄試之知能,提高自我教育專業發展及教學檔案製作的能力。
本課程目標在於:
1.結合與驗證教學的理論和實際的關係
2.導引師資生由生手到熟手的演進過程
3.精熟教學技巧與熟練班級經營策略
4.體驗教學與行政實務During the educational internship process, tutors and instructors will work together to lead the intern teachers to gain maximum learning at the actual teaching site and better prepare you for future teaching.
Guide students who have completed education programs to go to internship schools for a 6-month full-time education internship.
Understand the general situation and problems of teaching, class management, administration, etc. in secondary education internship schools, understand the roles and tasks of educational internships, and adjust and face the conflict between ideals and realistic possibilities. And master the knowledge and skills of educational internship, teacher certification and teacher selection, and improve the ability of self-education professional development and teaching file production.
