On completion of the course, students should be able to;

This semester-based course will enhance students’ overall English communicative abilities and critical thinking skills through content related to social activism and social media. Students will improve their English listening skills, presentation skills, self-discovery, and cross-cultural understanding as well. This is an interactive course which requires students to complete two multimedia group projects related to the topics of environmental protection and human rights. This course will build on students’ previous knowledge of English and develop their abilities to use English in and out of the classroom.
