課程目標及內涵 (Course Objectives and Contents) (限2000中文字)
協助學生建立高效能的習慣及正向的人際關係，建立積極正向的生命意義，享受豐盛愉悅的大學生活。幫助他們在人際關係的困境中，找到出路，掌握人際相處間最重要的金科玉律：如何溝通、如何表達、如何讓別人成為你的朋友，並幫助他們成為具有影響力的人。透過循序漸進的方式，由內在到外在具體實踐，建立自己的好習慣，管理時間，保持雙贏思維，贏得他人信任、尊敬和支持，成為一個受人喜愛、能夠發揮影響力的人。

Course Objectives and Contents (limited to 2000 Chinese)
Help students establish efficient habits and positive human relations, establish an extremely positive meaning of life, and enjoy a prosperous and happy university life. Help them find a way out in the dilemma of international relations, master the most important golden rules between human beings: how to communicate, how to express, how to make others your friends, and help them become influencers. Through a sequential approach, we can build our own good habits from the inside to the outside, manage our time, maintain double-mindedness, win the trust, respect and support of others, and become a person who is loved and able to exert influence.
