教育目標 Course Target

本課程為營造東海大學與社區的共生機制,切身關懷、瞭解與解決社區長期亟待解決議題之實踐操作課程,並且結合科技部計畫,帶領學生體驗食農教育,深化社區經營,朝向文化永續發展,帶給東海師生及周邊居民良善學習空間與生活環境。 本課程將東海師生能量釋放於社區,透過教師引導,學生親身調研、紀錄、自媒體的宣傳,培育東海大學學生的社區共生共榮意識。在操作方式上,將以實地體驗教學以及講習培力訓練,以組成學生團隊協力操作方式,深入了解社區,彙整資訊,整頓社區議題。並且運用食農教育方式,體驗從農場到餐桌的教學,接觸當地的人、文、地、產、景等各個方面,營造新社群關係。 本課程將在彰化縣、雲林縣等有農業健全基礎上,以農村旅遊作為介面,推廣其農產品、美食文化及宗教信仰,建立農村體驗輕旅行的新經營模式課程。將當地的人、文、地、產、景等各方面串聯成農村輕旅行,強化農特產行銷,促動農村產業的新方向。 再者,成立社區報、紀錄影像之實作,來發掘凝聚社區意識。並企圖訓練學生,將公共政策研究與社區居民特性分析集結為政策論述,經由舉辦公私部門聯合研習、社區公共論壇(公聽會)或座談會,掌握公私部門的施政方向及社區及學校之力量,著手推動立法或公權力施政,落實監督、課責,以期政策改變,創造社區優化,改善、共創東海大學與社區雙贏。 This course is a practical course that creates a symbiotic mechanism between Tunghai University and the community, caring for, understanding and solving long-term urgent issues in the community. It is also combined with the Ministry of Science and Technology’s plan to lead students to experience food and agriculture education, deepen community management, and move towards cultural sustainability. Development will bring a good learning space and living environment to teachers, students and surrounding residents in Donghai. This course releases the energy of Tunghai teachers and students into the community. Through teacher guidance, students' personal research, records, and self-media publicity, it cultivates Tunghai University students' awareness of community symbiosis and co-prosperity. In terms of operation methods, on-the-spot experiential teaching and lectures and training will be used to form student teams to work together to gain an in-depth understanding of the community, compile information, and rectify community issues. They also use food and agriculture education methods to experience teaching from farm to table, get in touch with local people, culture, land, products, scenery and other aspects, and create new community relationships. This course will use rural tourism as an interface to promote agricultural products, food culture and religious beliefs on the basis of sound agriculture in Changhua County and Yunlin County, and establish a new business model course for rural experience light travel. Connect local people, culture, land, products, scenery and other aspects into rural light travel, strengthen the marketing of agricultural specialties, and promote a new direction for rural industries. Furthermore, the establishment of a community newspaper and the implementation of documentary videos are used to explore and gather community consciousness. It also attempts to train students to assemble public policy research and analysis of community residents' characteristics into policy discussions, and to grasp the governance direction of the public and private sectors and the power of communities and schools through joint public-private sector studies, community public forums (public hearings) or symposia. , start to promote legislation or public power administration, implement supervision and responsibilities, in order to change policies, create community optimization, improve and create a win-win situation for Tunghai University and the community.
