教育目標 Course Target

戲劇治療是運用戲劇與劇場的媒材、活動及技術,從事於身心治療的目標和方式。 「戲如人生、人生如戲」,在戲劇活動中進行情境創造與角色扮演等,可以探索及表達各種社會情境、人格角色、人際關係與生命經驗,增強生活角色及身心功能的演練、適應和療癒。 戲劇治療師運用多元媒材、扮演活動及戲劇歷程,協助案主改變與成長,去探索表達心理困擾、創傷經驗、抒解情緒、重整思想、修正行為和演練技巧等,以促進和維持身心適應與健康。 本課程主旨在講授戲劇治療的基礎理論、操作技術、核心歷程、實施媒材、特殊族群的工作應用與案例研討等,並配合戲劇媒材活動進行實務操作演練,包括肢體、故事、偶類、角色、面具等;以及引導學生運用自身生命故事進行自傳劇創作及展演;此外引導學生設計戲劇治療教案,並在課堂上操作演練,最後撰寫期末書面報告統整學習歷程。 Drama treatment is the purpose and method of using drama and drama media, activities and technologies, and is engaged in the goals and methods of physical and mental treatment. The purpose of this course is to teach basic theories, operational techniques, core processes, implementation media, work applications and case discussions of special ethnic groups, etc., and to cooperate with drama media activities for practical operation and exercises, including body, story, occasional, and lead students to use their own life stories to create and perform their own dramas; in addition, they guide students to design drama treatment lesson plans, and perform in class, and finally write a final written report to complete the learning process.
