教育目標 Course Target

從「正確的認知(Correct Recognition)」到「正確的行為(Correct Behaviors)」,是養生保健最核心的概念,其中還需要有「正確的知識(Correct Knowledge)」、「正確的方法(Correct Methods)」與「正確的材料(Correct Materials)」;這五個正確的(correct)元素,即為養生的「健康5C」!透過本課程思考並調整自我的生命價值認識與養生保健觀念,每個人都可以擁有一個健康、快樂、充實的生活! 課程內涵如下: 1.認識中醫學中養生保健概念的起源、基礎以及形成過程 2.身心運作模式(心理與身體)的認知 3.多元生命價值認識與養生保健的積極意義 4.建立養生保健、健康促進的行為模式 5.養生保健實作,學習導引動作與穴位按摩From "Correct Recognition" to "Correct Behaviors" is the core concept of health care, which also requires "Correct Knowledge" and "Correct Methods" )" and "Correct Materials"; these five correct elements are the "5Cs of health" for health! Through this course, everyone can have a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life by thinking about and adjusting their own understanding of life value and health care concepts! The content of the course is as follows: 1. Understand the origin, foundation and formation process of the concept of health care in traditional Chinese medicine 2. Cognition of the physical and mental operating modes (mental and physical) 3. Understanding the value of multiple lives and the positive significance of health care 4. Establish a behavioral model of health care and health promotion 5. Practice health care, learn guiding movements and acupoint massage
