(一)透過古典文學的欣賞,提升個人對文學藝術的知性和感性能力。
(二)駕馭並應用語文、文學及文化的知識能力。
(三)課程名稱訂為「情」與「義」,故強調選文傳達的訊息為核心,進而引導當時的時代背景或社會風氣,並從中切入作者之個性及文風。
(四)選文涵蓋詩、詞、散文及小說,以期讓學生多方體會文學之美,並從中體悟文化素養。

(III) The course name is called "emotion" and "meaning", so it is emphasized that the information transmitted by the text is the core, thereby guiding the contemporary background or social atmosphere of that time, and entering the author's personality and literary style from it.
(IV) The selection article covers poems, lyrics, prose and novels, in order to allow students to learn the beauty of literature from all sides and understand cultural cultivation from the inside.
