教育目標 Course Target

本課程期望培養同學,面對瞬息萬變的未來與社會環境快速變遷,學習「新叢林法則」,站在制高點思考各種問題並預見未來,學習探索數位轉型創新與運用精實創業法則進行商業模式設計,藉由實際參與主題場域之轉型創新與創業專題,學習創新轉型與精實創業相關理論並結合互動式個案教學、實務演講、專案實作與實務競賽,培養同學能具備有動手做的能力(眼高手黑的能耐)、辨識市場機會、掌握創新轉型策略與經營模式分析與設計能力,學會不僅是細枝末節的知識與技能,而是要學會轉型創新與開創的方法,了解企業營運模式與轉型創新的基本知識,解決可能遭遇的困難與挑戰,進而激發學習者之創新與創業精神,開拓未來潛在新事業之動能。 課程特色: 1. 學習方式採課堂講授、實務演講、互動式個案教學與分組創業實務專題等方式交叉進行。 2. 知識學習:掌握「數位創新轉型」「商業模式研究」「創新與創業實作」重點議題之發展。 3.理論學習與實務演練並進。 4.跨領域團隊互動。This course hopes to train students, face the rapid changes in the future and the rapid changes in the social environment, learn the "New Foresting Law", stand at the commanding point and think about various problems and foresee the future, learn and explore digital transformation innovation and practical innovation The business method is designed to design business models, and through the transformation innovation and innovation topics in the theme field, learn the relevant theories of innovative transformation and precision innovation, and combine interactive case teaching, practical lectures, project implementation and practical competition. , cultivate students to have the ability to do things in a hands-on way (the ability of an expert in eyeballs), identify market opportunities, master innovative transformation strategies and business model analysis and design abilities.
